Water tower art fest 2009
This year NGO IME had made international contest after a call of proposal for video art works to be shown in the Water tower art center. The tower has turned into a symbol for independent arts and culture and fro those working with art for social change. The integration of different people with different social status, age and statue through arts is one of the priorities fro NGO IME.
The integration and cultivation of abandoned buildings with architectural and historical values, used for alternative art spaces in the cities gives the meaning of our initiatives.
Therefore the necessity has risen for our next action in the region of Water tower in Sofia and we welcome young people and general public for active social life engaged with the arts. By actively engaging the young people and citizens of the region Lozenec we give example for change of the quality of urban life.
